Refunds & Returns

We're sorry if there was an issue with your purchase, For full information on our refund policy, please read the following:

- You will need your email and order number to process your request. Please email us for assistance.

- There is no extra cost for exchanges, but they are subject to availability.

- For Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.

- We only offer refunds if the product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition, and the refund request is made within 14 days of the order. This policy is in place for hygiene reasons.

- Our refund policy allows for a 14-day window from the day the item is ordered to request a return.

- If you received a different item than what you ordered, please reach out, and we will ensure you receive the correct product.

- We cannot process refunds for items that do not meet the return guidelines outlined above.

- Refunds will be issued to the account used for the original order.

- Card refunds may take between 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
